Microsoft's Virtual Reality Headset

Microsoft is currently creating a virtual headset, Hololens, which is planned to be released later this year. The Hololens offers a portable holographic experience to its wearer. The Hololens is equipped with depth sensors and microphones to assist in the combining of a virtual and actual reality. So far, the Hololens has been able to recreate Minecraft by using a virtual tool box and voice commands. By crossing over the Hololens technology and Minecraft, Microsoft was able to create a world where characters could sit on coffee tables and castles could be built on a couch. However, the idea of the Hololens is not to put the wearer into a virtual world, but to simulate certain virtual objects being integrated into the real world.

Above is a video of Holiday Songs!

Over the break, I spent a lot of time with my sister and family members. On the 24th, I had my grandparents come over and we watched Christmas movies. On the 25th, we met our entire family at my other grandparent's house and had a big dinner. Then on the 26th we went back to basketball practice to get ready for our Tournament.
However, on the 27th we got a call from Harrison saying that McNair dropped out of the tournament leaving us without a team to play on the first day of the tournament. So, we agreed to spend the 28th at our school preparing for Harrison on the 29th (This being the first year we did not have a tournament game on my birthday). Later on the 28th we went to Morton's Steak House to celebrate my 18th Birthday. On the 29th, we traveled to Harrison and finished the tournament as the returning champions of the 2014 Blue Tide Yule Tide Holiday Classic. Also, on January 3, we won against the undefeated Emerson giving us a second out-of-league win. Here you can see the Wood-Ridge Girl's Basketball record.
